The CYCLE wines impress with an attractive design of the bottle and the label. Well sustained in the spirit of the charming retro classics, they bring you back to the memories of the youth and light-hearted years. They are oriented towards people – young by nature, with a scent of style and а strive for discovery. They are a romantic journey through the different epochs and exploration of the fine wine taste, combining in themselves traditions and innovation.

Enoteca

Enoteca is an Italian word that comes from the Greek word Οινοθήκη that literally means “wine storage” but is used to describe a special type of regional wine shops or stores originated in Italy.

ENOTECA is a reference to “wine library” and hints that these collections were created as a practical source of information for the special local wines, rather than as regular opportunities for distribution on the broad market. These collectable “library-enoteca” wines were intended for special clients. Typically, the stocks of one particular wine of one Enoteca are small.

Le Photographe

One hundred different photographers recreate a moment in a hundred different ways ... and every look is unique. Inspired by the photografy the wines from the series Le Photographe refract the world through the prism of personality.

Made from prestigious grape varieties the wines from the series Le Photographe wear distinctiveness, character and style.

Oak tree

The oak is a sacred tree in the people’s culture and in the culture of winemaking.
It is a symbol of power and eterrnity, striving for perfection and eternal life.

Inspired by the sensation of time, we created a blended red wine in the Bordeaux style, matured for 20 months in French oak barrels and minmum 12 months in bottle - OAK TREE. It embodied a centuries-old tradition that comes from the old world; an individuality formed by the natural strength and a character suggesting strength and might.

From the cellar

Personality, character and style represent the “from the Cellar” brand. It offers lovers and connoisseurs the opportunity to enrich their personal еnoteca with limited high-quality selections.

The wines of the series are carefully selected to mature over a year in barriques. They are stored for bottle aging in special conditions and are offered only in the Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar.

Part of this boutique brand is the eponymous wine spirit “from the Cellar”. Born from the tradition, it combines elegant design, unique taste and its own identity.

Minkov Brothers Reserva

MINKOV BROTHERS RESERVA are wines, part of the Minkov Brothers brand that are left for long maturing due to the fact that their origin is from an exceptional good harvest that have a potentional for long maturing. That‘s the reason why we decided to give these wines a chance to grow in the bottle and to show them at the moment when they have reachead their perfect condition.

The earliest MINKOV BROTHERS RESERVA wines are 2013 harvest. They were awarded with gold and silver medal at the concours Decanter World Wine Awards’16

Next MINKOV BROTHERS RESERVA wines are 2016 harvest and yet are coming out on the market.

Project 7

Seven years of hard work with our best vineyards have led to Project 7.

A visionary wine, conceived since 2009 and made from the iconic
grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc of Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar.

This project reveals the possibilities of terroir, expressed in the perfect balance,
concentration and unique elegance of the wine.
