Jamais Vu

Jamais vu (´ʒamɛ: ´vu:) translated from French means "never seen". The concept of Jamais Vu wines  correspond to the idea of the unfamiliar and the newly created, and evoke such an emotion. The wines are made according to the classical methods of winemaking while the grape varieties blending practice is borrowed from the "cradle” of wine in its modern look - France.

The Jamais Vu wines come from the so called area Terziyski bair and in each of them our team of enologists embedded a little secret, which makes them " never seen."

Taste: medium structured, with delicate ripe tannins and intriguing, lingering, catchy finish.

Mature: matured 12 months in french oak barrels

Serving temperature: 15-17°С

Food pairing suggestions: taco salads, appetizeres with bacon or smoked seafood, pasta, game dishes, red meats in Mediterranean style, hard and semi-hard cheeses
