Whether you are new to wine or an experienced enthusiast, you will have the opportunity to taste carefully selected wines crafted from grapes grown in our own vineyards in the Karnobat region.

What to Expect from Our Winery Tours

During your visit, you will explore our vineyards and the winery's underground tunnels, where our wines mature in oak barrels. Depending on the season, guests can observe different stages of the winemaking process—from harvest and fermentation to ageing and bottling.

Every winery tour includes a guided wine tasting, an introduction to the history of the winery, and insights into our different wine collections.

Tasting hall

In the cozy tasting room, you will decide which of the varieties pleases your palate the most, and you could benefit from the advice of our oenologists on the optimal pairing of the wine with the food suitable for it.

Museum

The wine cellar has two museum compounds complementing the atmosphere. They will take you back into the curious history of the winemaking Minkov family in the times of Bulgaria’s national revival and the millenary winemaking traditions in the Karnobat area.
