Our wine tastings and tours are designed for everyone who wishes to discover the world of premium Bulgarian wine. Whether you are a curious beginner or a true wine enthusiast, you will have the opportunity to taste carefully selected wines produced from our own vineyards in the Karnobat region.
Located in the heart of the Thracian Valley, just a short drive from Burgas, Minkov Brothers Winery has become one of Bulgaria’s preferred wine tourism destinations.

What Is Included in Our Wine Tastings?
During your visit, you will explore our vineyards and the winery’s underground tunnels, where the wines mature in oak barrels. Depending on the season, guests may observe different stages of the winemaking process – from grape harvesting and fermentation to aging and bottling.
Each wine tour includes a professional presentation of the wines, the history of the winery, and the characteristics of the individual wine collections.

Wine Tourism Near Burgas
If you are looking for a wine tasting experience near Burgas or a unique escape among the vineyards, Minkov Brothers Winery offers an authentic introduction to Bulgarian winemaking. The combination of impressive architecture, underground tunnels, scenic landscapes, and award-winning wines makes every visit truly memorable.

Group Tastings and Corporate Events
We organize tastings for tourist groups, corporate events, team-building activities, and private occasions. Special programs and preferential rates are available for larger groups.

Bread and Cheese Plate

Includes traditional Bulgarian white brined cheese, Bulgarian yellow cheese, Gouda cheese, bread, breadsticks, or bruschetta.

Tourist Group Visits
Groups of a minimum of 10 people: EUR 17.90 per person
Includes a tasting of three wines selected from the Cycle, Le Photographe, and Minkov Brothers collections, accompanied by cheeses and cured meats.

Tasting hall

In the cozy tasting room, you will decide which of the varieties pleases your palate the most, and you could benefit from the advice of our oenologists on the optimal pairing of the wine with the food suitable for it.

Museum

The wine cellar has two museum compounds complementing the atmosphere. They will take you back into the curious history of the winemaking Minkov family in the times of Bulgaria’s national revival and the millenary winemaking traditions in the Karnobat area.
