Minkov Brothers Cuvee`12 is a coupage wine, made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grown in the vineyards in the localities of the village of Devetak, situated southwest from the Hissar hill with an elevation within the range of 180 – 205 m above the sea level. The soil is a sandy loam stratum placed on top of volcanic and sedimentary rock substrates. The wine has aged for six months in new American oak barrels and is potentially able to improve its quality in the bottles for up to 5 years. The deep and complex nature of the flavour and the potential for aging makes this wine a preferred one by collectors.
